02What we collect

The details you enter in our forms: name, company, email, phone and the content of your request. For job applications also your CV and information about experience, languages and driving licence.

03Why we use it

To answer requests, prepare housing proposals, fulfil product orders and recruit staff.

04Legal basis

Steps prior to entering a contract and performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest in answering requests (Article 6(1)(f)) and your consent for job applications (Article 6(1)(a)).

05How long we keep it

Requests and orders are kept for up to 24 months unless the law requires longer. Job applications and CVs are kept for 6 months unless you agree to a longer period.

06Who receives it

Our website hosting provider (Cloudflare) and email delivery provider (Resend). Transfers outside the EEA are covered by standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data.

07Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing or withdraw consent. Write to info@etbostader.se. You can lodge a complaint with the Swedish data protection authority IMY (imy.se).

08Cookies

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The product order basket is stored only in your browser.
